Refund Policy

Effective date: 13 October 2026

The short version. Try Ductora free for 14 days before you pay. If you buy and it is not right for you, ask within 14 days of your first payment and you get your money back in full.

1. 14-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with Ductora, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first paid purchase of a monthly or yearly subscription. You do not need to give a reason, although we are glad to hear it.

2. Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically. Renewal payments are not refundable, but you can cancel at any time and you will not be charged again. Your license stays active until the end of the period you paid for. If a renewal was charged by mistake, for example you cancelled before the renewal date, write to us and we will fix it.

3. How to ask for a refund

Email [email protected] with the email address you used to buy and your order number, or
reply to your receipt email, or contact Paddle through paddle.net.

Our orders are processed by Paddle.com, our online reseller and Merchant of Record, so refunds are paid by Paddle to your original payment method. They usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

4. After a refund

When a purchase is refunded, its license key is deactivated and Ductora returns to read-only mode. Your projects stay on your computer and you can still open and export them.

5. Your rights

This policy does not affect any rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
